This customer gave us a call for just a house wash, but we noticed a lot of oxidation on the siding during our pre-inspection walk around. So the first step was to wash the house like normal. Then we go back and apply an oxidation remover called Cleansol BC, letting dwell on the siding for a few minutes without allowing it to dry. Then rinse the oxidation away.
